1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, location, résumé, work history, education, skills, licenses, compensation preferences, work authorization, professional profiles, interview availability, communications, notes, assessment information, job interests, client feedback, and information you voluntarily provide. Website systems may also collect device, browser, IP address, referral, and basic usage data.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, government identification, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless a lawful process specifically requires it and you are using an approved secure method.
2. Sources of information
Information may come directly from you; from referrals; from client companies; from job boards and professional networks; from public professional sources; from authorized recruiting, scheduling, interview, communications, and applicant-tracking providers; and from lawful verification or screening providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to communicate with you; assess potential alignment with roles; present qualified candidates to authorized clients; schedule and document recruiting activity; provide candidate or company consulting; maintain our talent network; improve recruiting operations; prevent fraud; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
AI-assisted tools may help organize, search, summarize, draft, schedule, transcribe with notice, or identify potential alignment. See our AI Use in Recruiting Notice.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, talent-network, client, audit, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Typical recruiting records may be retained for up to four years, or longer when required by law, contract, an active relationship, or a legal hold. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete information we maintain about you; withdraw from future recruiting communications; request human review of an AI-assisted process; or request an accommodation or alternative process. Some requests may be limited by legal, contractual, security, or recordkeeping obligations. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Send requests to jen@thesavyagency.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
